Welcome to SoftVis
The Group
The
Software Visualization Group was created in 2010 to study the use of information visualization techniques in software engineering. The Group has researchers from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA) and Federal Institute of Bahia (IFBA).
SoftVis Goals
The group aims to develop methodologies, tools and techniques for software visualization (SoftVis) and empirically characterize and evaluate them.
We have special interest on developing SoftVis environments that can be integrated to IDEs to enhance software comprehension activities and aid on software engineering tasks. Under this goal we have developed several
Projects.
SoftVis's Interests
- Software Visualization
- Experimental Software Engineering
- Software Evolution
- Software Comprehension
Meetings
We have regular meetings to talk about topics of interest to the group. The agenda is
here.
